Note: Considering starting anew, as I, as evidenced by the lack of daily progress, have lost the discipline to dedicate myself to the daily rigors of this exercise. I have re-dedicated myself to this practice, but, if I were dedicated to it from the start, I would be close to 50 sit-ups, as of this date.
What better way to show your rededication than to start afresh?
I will continue on with the progress I have until a new starting date can be determined.
